Sebastian Loch — Founder & Managing Director

Sebastian brings a background in electrical engineering and construction project management. He founded ASCANIA in 2021, moved to Tampa Bay in 2026, and works directly with homeowners here.

He knows what homeowners want: someone who shows up on time, keeps the budget honest, and treats your home like his own.

Before Tampa Bay: Sebastian supervised the full fit-out of a 32-unit apartment hotel in Europe — all trades, network, cameras, access control.
